Exhibitor Fees
$850 CDN ($892.50 incl. GST)
Exhibit fees include:
- 10’ x 10’ booth space
- 3’ high pipe and drape side walls and 8’ high pipe & drape back wall
- One 6’ table, draped & skirted, and two chairs
- One full delegate pass
- Two booth worker passes which includes:
- ICE Odyssey Reception
- All breakfasts, lunches and coffee breaks
- 20 additional Expo passes for clients valid Tuesday, March 2 between 2:00p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
- Your organization will be listed in the on-site program if your application is received before February 3, 2010.
Each exhibitor is also allowed to purchase up to two full delegate passes at a reduced cost of $350 each plus GST ($367.50). These passes provide access to the Expo, and all technical sessions as well as the ICE Odyssey Reception and all meals.
Additional booth worker passes are available at a cost of $50 each plus GST ($52.50). These passes are transferable and provide access to the ICE Odyssey Reception and all meals. Access to the technical sessions is not permitted.

Tuesday, March 2
9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. - Show Open
4:00 – 6:00 p.m. - ICE Odyssey Reception

7:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. - Show Open
